You will receive a payment upfront via ach and will write the closing compensation into your listing agreement with our sellers.
The listing package will include all information needed to put the listing into the MLS, plus, property disclosures, due diligence documents, professional photos, the pre-inspection (if applicable), and a Property Explorer report for pricing the home to sell.
In-house appointments, sign and lockbox placement, open houses, preparing for showings, meeting with inspectors, meeting with appraisers, walk-throughs.
Yes! Many of our sellers are also buyers. If you are able to show them homes in-person and be their buyer’s agent, we will send you a referral for buyer’s agency. The split is 75% to you and 25% to us on buyer transactions.
Every Ridley listing will show under your name and you can market those listings extensively. We will also request reviews and referrals for you post-closing to build your business off the listings.
Because our sellers are awesome! They’ve done a ton of prep work to get their home ready for a beautiful presentation. They are educated about the entire process well before their homes are listed, so they know what to expect and are more flexible. They price their homes to sell using AI valuation models that the sellers can interact with.
