The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a category-defining product from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team to design and deliver a high-trust, AI-first experience across web and cloud infrastructure.

This role is perfect for someone who’s deeply hands-on but also thinks strategically about architecture, scalability, and speed. At Ridley, AI isn’t just part of the product — it’s part of how we build. You’ll use AI tools to accelerate coding, automate testing, and streamline development across the stack.

What You’ll Do

• Own architecture and implementation across the stack—from frontend to backend to infrastructure
• Build fast, responsive, and intuitive UIs using React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap
• Develop robust backend services using Node.js and Express
• Design and scale cloud infrastructure using AWS (CDK, CloudFront, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Bedrock, S3, EC2, Fargate)
• Integrate AI models into the product experience—powering intelligent pricing, guidance, and automation
• Partner closely with product, design, and legal to launch secure and scalable features
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation as we grow
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience, ideally with startup or fast-moving teams
• Deep experience building and scaling systems on AWS
• Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
• Experience deploying and integrating AI/ML models or working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.)
• Experienced with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code or any other AI Coding tools
• Demonstrated ability to ship polished, production-grade features end-to-end
• Passion for clean architecture, performance, and maintainability
• Comfortable wearing many hats—from infrastructure to UI polish
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive ownership, and a desire to move quickly
